Finance and Administration Officer, Poetry School Salary: £22-25000 p.a.

The Poetry School works with poets all around the country to deliver its programmes of courses, seminars, workshops and tutorials to aspiring writers at various stages in their development.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Finance and Administration Officer to support our operations across all our activities. Working in a small team, you will be required to administer all financial functions of this busy arts organisation; to administer all bookings and databases relating to our growing national programme; and to develop the use of our new teaching premises in central London.

You will have some experience of financial administration, with knowledge of financial processes and accounting packages; strong administrative skills; and an interest in poetry and the wider arts sector.

Articles wanted for Creative Writing in Higher Education online resource

Eltham College - Writer in Residence - September 2008 - Part-time
