Journey to School

The Music Blasts

The Eyes squint

The Traffics Rushes

                                      Past

There is no tomorrow.

You are the hero--

And everyone’s heads seem to turn

                                                       to look at you

Who is this incredibly interesting person?

You are the singer of the song

And we all know the song

              (And what an incredibly world-changing song it is!)

Is all about you.

You walk along to the beat,

The music is in your feet,

And the Smell

                    the smell of outer London air

Oh it’s so sweet

                    You can taste it!

Walking to the upper deck,

Sitting on the left,

The heater burning the soles

Of your Converses;

You look out, as another song seems

To point out, your spell of adolescence;

Lost of direction.

You could swear the song was about

                                                                            about

You unplug your earphones now

As you approach the building.

                     You enter the doors

                                And see the faces,

And the battle with the invisible force begins.

All at once,

             The dreams,

                      The emotions

                                   The hopes,

And the Mood is lost

Until the next morning.
