Membership Packages

Our Solo School Membership and our NEW Schools Network Education Package Membership for clusters of schools is a great way to bring poetry to life in the classroom.

NEW Schools Network Education Package

The Schools Network Education Package extends the benefits of Solo School Membership across wider clusters of schools - and offers a choice of inset training, poet visits or a bespoke combination to all members. The group of schools share the cost of the activity between them - benefitting from economies of scale whilst generating an exciting exchange of ideas and best practise across schools. Packages are tailored to the particular needs of each school network and we are able to work with groups of anything from 4-40+ schools.

Take a look at how the project was launched in the London Borough of Lambeth by poet Ross Sutherland here.

So how does it work?

Schools in the network will receive all the benefits of  Solo School Membership PLUS a choice of :

  • OPTION 1: Poetryclass Inset session for teachers from each member school, led by professional poet educators. Prices start at £100 per school*.
  • OPTION 2: Poet Visits to all member schools - from one day visits to longer term residencies. Prices start at £440 per school*
  • OPTION 3: Poetryclass inset session PLUS poet visits to each member school. Prices start at £485 per school*
  • OPTION 4: Bespoke - we can build a package to suit your requirements - for example, the poet visist in school can lead to an end of term showcase event or anthology. The project can also be focused around generating entries to one of our compititions for young people - Foyle Young Poets or SLAMbassadors.

*Prices are based on a network of 15 schools - the unit price will increase slightly with fewer schools sharing the cost. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
