The Young Poets Network is a new project from the Poetry Society, offering workshop challenges and feedback opportunities alongside features by poets and information about poetry groups and activities you can get involved in.
Right now we have a workshop challenge by poet Ross Sutherland, features on Poetry for Peanuts (getting into poetry on a tight budget), becoming a Young Poet Laureate and confronting your stage fright at readings, plus our Poetry Map to help you find poetry in your area.
Visit the site at www.youngpoetsnetwork.org.uk
You can also join in conersations and get daily updates by "liking" our Young Poets Network facebook page.

The Foyle Young Poets of the Year Award closes on the 31st July 2011. You are welcome to submit another poem before the closing date, although sending one or two poems which you have redrafted to the highest standard will be stronger than sending lots of poems which have gone through fewer drafts.
