Sue Hubbard at Victoria Jewelry Quarter in Birmingham 

Sue Hubbard was Public Art Poet for the Public Art Project in the Victoria Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham. Prior to beginning the project, she wrote preliminary notes about the concept of 'poetry as public art' exploring the debate between internal and external space. The final report of the project contains poems directly written out of the project and her process of composition.

Sue Hubbard is a freelance critic for Time Out and Contemporary Visual Art. Her collection Everything Begins with the Skin is published by Enitharmon. Her poem on Bonnard appeared in The Observer and she was shortlisted for the 1997 TLS/Blackwell prize.
